All you need to do is use your follow me expression to gather a posse, then lead them to the execution chamber in the Temple of Shadows.
Keep in mind, that if you choose to do the quest to save the Temple of Light, the Temple of Evil will be disbanded, making this achievement unavailable.
- Note; It's easier to have people follow you while Good-Aligned, as they will often run from evil characters.
- Note; A higher Renown level allows you to have more followers at any given time.
